FLAVOR + ICING
Our cakes are made by hand with fresh ingredients.
Each of our tiers is made with three layers of filling in between four layers of cake. You can choose a different combination for each individual tier.
Most of our cakes are iced with Swiss Meringue Buttercream, its very light and not too sweet.
How much icing do you like: Naked, Semi-Naked, Fully Iced?
Would you like to add some color or texture?
If the design requires, besides Swiss Meringue BC, we can also add a layer of fondant to cover the cake.
